Bright and Light - neon Allium Flower ball with crinoline swirl

Bright citron alluim flower ball on a fluro lemon-lime hand dyed boucle tweed mini beret. This blocked headpiece features a luxurious silk liner and is edged in velvet elasticated ribbon for greater comfort. The headpiece  attaches securely to the head via double elastic and features a metal comb for added security.
